Job Summary:

Western Midstream seeks a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our DJ Operations Inventory Management and Field Logistics team based from our Brighton Yard in Brighton, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in oil & gas operations, inventory management, and SAP systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage your analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring that materials are readily available to meet production needs while minimizing excess stock.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, actively contributing to team initiatives and sharing your expertise to support the team's success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas production/operations, inventory management, and control systems.
  • Proven expertise in SAP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

High School diploma required

 

Certifications/Licenses:

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.

 

Travel Requirements

The percentage of travel required for this position is up to 50%

 

Work Schedule:

     Monday – Friday, 7AM-4PM. Weekends, callouts, and overtime may be required as needed.

 

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $65,100 - $90,000, but the actual offer may vary based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base pay, you're eligible for overtime, quarterly bonuses, and a 10% annual target bonus.
