Job Summary:

Western Midstream seeks a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our DJ Operations Inventory Management and Field Logistics team based from our Brighton Yard in Brighton, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in oil & gas operations, inventory management, and SAP systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Responsible for managing inventory levels to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory costs, and ensure timely availability of materials for all operational needs.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate forklifts to safely and efficiently load and unload trucks with various materials, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
  • ERP Process Optimization: Ensure the accurate and timely posting of all SAP transactions related to the receipt and issuance of project materials, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, actively contributing to team initiatives and sharing your expertise to support the team's success.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in oil & gas production/operations, inventory management, and control systems.
  • Proven expertise in SAP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Education:

High School diploma required

 

Certifications/Licenses:

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.

 

Travel Requirements

The percentage of travel required for this position is up to 15%

 

Work Schedule:

     Monday – Friday, 7AM-4PM. Weekends, callouts, and overtime may be required as needed.

 

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $65,100 - $90,000, but the actual offer may vary based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base pay, you're eligible for overtime, quarterly bonuses, and a 10% annual target bonus.
