Western Midstream is a master limited partnership formed to own, develop, acquire, and operate midstream assets. We are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced water for our customers.

We operate or own equity interests in assets in the Rocky Mountains, North-central Pennsylvania, and Texas, including approximately 16,000 miles of petroleum and natural gas pipelines and over 100 gathering, treating, and processing facilities.

Job Summary

WES is seeking a Field Administrative Assistant to perform standard and varied clerical duties supporting day to day business activities of assigned leaders. Activities may include filing and retrieving documents, drafting memos, and otherwise providing administrative support within the West Texas work group. Meets and greets internal and external visitors, ensuring visitors are cleared according to proper security procedures. Prepares a variety of reports including weekly/monthly department status updates, routine project progress, business development activities, and expense reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Proficiency in file management systems and software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Applies experience to issues/assignments assigned by leaders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides basic administrative and office support for assigned departments. 
  • Maintains calendar of assigned department 
  • Assists with planning and logistics of internal and external meetings and events. 
  • Manages electronic and hard copy documents. 
  • Prepares expense reports, documents, and other communications. 
  • Generates reports and presentations according to guidelines. 
  • Processes invoices 
  • Completes other business tasks as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 or more years of experience.

 

Travel Requirements

  • Travel outside of the Midland area may be required to support field operation teams.

 

Work Schedule

  • This position is located in Midland, TX, and follows a Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office and Wednesday, and Friday remote schedule.
