Job Summary:
This position is in Western Midstream Operations Rockies Region to be based out of the Gillette office, Highlight Plant or 50 Buttes Plant.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with natural gas midstream operations performing LDAR inspections at midstream facilities is required, three years preferred.
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP required.
- Good time management, communication, and people skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high performing team-focused environment.
- Be familiar with Optical Gas Imaging camera’s (OGI Level 1 Certification) preferred.
- Be familiar with and understand state and federal air regulations
- Be familiar with TrueContext (ProntoForms) Preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance and operation of compressor/plant facilities and pipeline launcher/receivers preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all LDAR OGI inspections at our midstream facilities and re-inspections in required timelines.
- Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental regulations.
- Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment.
- Maintain communications, provide ideas, raise concerns, and work with other functions including plant and field supervision, operations, I&E, other maintenance employees, clerical staff, and contractors.
- Maintain truck and tools including minor maintenance of truck and attachments to always ensure proper working condition.
- Keep records and reports of completed testing, as required, to ensure compliance is on time and accurate.
- Maintain FLIR camera to ensure proper working condition and keep up on daily and annual calibrations.
- Compile, sort, and distribute test results to the proper company personnel.
- Work irregular hours as needed, evening and weekend on call as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Be able to work in variable conditions, including but not limited to, adverse weather, around heavy equipment, and inside small buildings.
- Perform minor repairs to midstream equipment.
- Utilize SAP for workorder management.
- Utilize TrueContext (ProntoForms) database.
- Maintain required inspection schedule.
- Provide backup assistance to plant analyst.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid US driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for domestic relocation.
Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%.
Work Schedule:
This position will be a 5/40 schedule (M-F) and may require overtime, weekends, and holidays.
