E&I Foreman – Delaware Basin Midstream Operations
Summary
Provide leadership and direction to assigned E&I team members. Manage and build E&I team to support and accomplish improving runtime, reducing callouts, and improving use of available man hours across the operation team. This E&I Foreman position is a member of the Delaware Basin Midstream Operations team in Kermit, Texas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience including relevant gas processing plant experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot control systems, components, end devices, electrical equipment and perform repairs and maintenance
- Ability to safely work on equipment operated by <600 VAC
- Experienced in the use of computers and a solid knowledge of Word and Excel required, SAP knowledge preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of electrical, electronic principles and associated safety requirements
- Experience in maintenance and operation of natural gas engines and compressors, gas processing plant equipment including various types of pumps, fans, blowers, and filters
Responsibilities
- Manage and build E&I team to support and accomplish Delaware Basin Midstream objectives.
- Assure proper training for all team members in safely troubleshooting AC power electrical equipment operating < 600 VAC.
- Assure maintenance of electronic flow, pressure, and temperature measurement equipment, several platforms of programmable logic controllers (PLC), electrical and mechanical systems and equipment such as motors, pumps, switches, pneumatic controls and end devices, and related input and output devices necessary for plant / gas - oil - water gathering operations
- Assure that maintenance duties required to maintain operations and regulatory compliance are coordinated and performed in a timely and efficacious fashion.
- Manage and assure that necessary spare parts are inventoried to make proper and timely repairs.
- Maintain effective communications, provide ideas, raise concerns, and work with other functions including plant supervision, engineering, plant operations, other maintenance employees, clerical staff, and contractors
- Assure team trains / assists in training operations personnel and less experienced techs in troubleshooting / control systems work.
- Manage and assure development and upkeep of E&I troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
- Assist the overall Delaware Basin Midstream operations team in the daily economic optimization of operations
- Coordinate operations with other Delaware Basin personnel as required

- Ensure that accurate timely data is entered and recorded within SAP as well as drawings, procedures and schematics
- Assure that contract help is supervised as required for maintenance and operations

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or higher degree in applicable subject area is desirable.
Certifications/Licenses
Valid US driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
Candidates must be able to pass drug and background screenings.
Relocation
This position is not eligible for domestic relocation
Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%.
Work Schedule
This position is on a modified 9/80 schedule.
Successful candidate must have residency within a 75 mile radius of Kermit, Texas.
