Job Summary:
This role’s primary responsibility would be to leverage the SuccessFactors platform to build and maintain reports and dashboards in support of the HR Centers Of Excellence. Partnering to build reports using People Stories, Canvas and Table Reports to support extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help HR and organizational leaders make informed decisions about talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and other strategic HR initiatives. Additionally, this role would contribute (along with the team) to the day-to-day administration of employee and organizational transactions, data maintenance and audit, tracking issues, and testing configuration changes prior to production moves.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in SuccessFactors/SAP
- Master level experience with Excel
- Understanding of HR business processes
- Ability to approach and thoroughly analyze problems through a logical, systematic, and sequential process
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users with understanding, questions and/or issues
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to understand HR data and business processes
- Strong working knowledge of Employee and Organizational master data with the ability to analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SuccessFactors/SAP modules and downstream systems
- Attention to detail, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction and Management: Extracting and managing data from SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning. Auditing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Creating standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like SuccessFactors Story, Canvas and Table Reports, SAP BusinessObjects, or other reporting tools. Designing reports that effectively communicate key HR metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Administration of Employee and Organizational Transactions: Partner with the team to review, audit and process employee and organizational transactions coming in from the business. This includes analyzing and performing multi-layered reorganizations, mass data updates, data audits, and assisting with data analysis and reporting for HR and business initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures or other projects as needed.
- Analytics and Insights: Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Providing insights and recommendations to HR leaders to support decision-making related to talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and development.
- People Analytics: Leveraging data to tell compelling "people stories" that highlight the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance and employee experience. Using storytelling techniques to communicate insights and findings in a meaningful and persuasive manner.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies. Implementing best practices for data management, security, and confidentiality.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and improve the overall effectiveness of HR analytics and processes within the organization.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, leaders from the business, and other key stakeholders to understand their HR reporting and analytics needs. Providing guidance and support to help stakeholders leverage HR data for decision-making purposes.
- Overall, as an HR Advisor specializing in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Reporting analytics, your role is critical in helping the organization leverage data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, improve employee engagement and productivity, and drive business success.
Education:
- 8 or more years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree; 12 or more years of experience without bachelor’s degree
Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 5%
Work Schedule:
This position will work 9 hours Monday – Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. The position will work in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and from home (if desired) on Wednesday and Friday.
