Western Midstream is a master limited partnership formed to own, develop, acquire, and operate midstream assets. We are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced water for our customers.

We operate or own equity interests in assets in the Rocky Mountains, North-central Pennsylvania, and Texas, including approximately 16,000 miles of petroleum and natural gas pipelines and over 100 gathering, treating, and processing facilities.

Job Summary:

This position is located in The Woodlands, Texas office and is a member of the Corporate Measurement Team. This position is responsible to ensure that reported measurement volumes and data are accurate, reliable, and distributed timely.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • No experience required; 2 years preferred
  • Professional demeanor with an emphasis on customer service
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a growing and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Experience with FlowCal Measurement System is preferred
  • Oil and Gas Industry background is preferred but not required


Responsibilities:

  • Perform Meter setups, disconnects, and changes within Measurement System
  • Review measurement and exceptions data
  • Maintain parameters on flow and composition data validations
  • Ensure contractual obligations are maintained
  • Retrieve and administer 3rd party volumes as required
  • Perform close controls for monthly finalization process
  • Comply with monthly measurement close timelines
  • Assist team with special projects, tracking, data gathering, reporting, research, software testing etc.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to field personnel on Measurement processes and systems
  • Liaison with field Measurement personnel
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Review system volume balances

 

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

 

Certification/Licenses:

A valid driver’s license.

 

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position


Work Schedule:

This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and working remote Wednesday and Friday. Monday-Thursday are 9 hours and Fridays are 4 hours.
