Job Summary:
Western Midstream is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to senior executive leadership and the broader organization. The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced command of administrative procedures, and the judgment to anticipate needs and keep priorities moving without close oversight. Success in this role requires exceptional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, polished communication with internal and external stakeholders, and the initiative to independently manage complex, time-sensitive work. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to assigned executive leadership and their organization
- Proactively manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and protecting time against competing demands
- Coordinate the planning and logistics of internal and external meetings and events, including agendas, materials, and follow-up
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications
- Design and generate reports and presentations using data from multiple sources
- Manage and organize electronic and hard-copy documents, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports and process invoices in a timely, accurate manner
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion and professionalism
- Complete additional business tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to preserve a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products and report generation
- Advanced knowledge of departmental operations and procedures, with the ability to follow and improve them
- Proven ability to independently identify, prioritize, and resolve complex tasks and issues
- Ability to prioritize work based on its potential impact across the function or department
- Track record of identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
- Self-motivated approach to expanding knowledge and contributions
- Effective collaborator within a team environment
Education:
- High school diploma required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
Travel Requirements:
- Travel required for this position is less than 5%
Work Schedule:
- This position follows a hybrid schedule: in office Monday-Thursday, and remote Fridays. Monday through Thursday are 9-hour days; Fridays are 4 hours.
