We operate or own equity interests in assets in the Rocky Mountains, North-central Pennsylvania, and Texas, including approximately 16,000 miles of petroleum and natural gas pipelines and over 100 gathering, treating, and processing facilities.

Title Analyst Advisor – Land Administration

 

 

Job Summary:
Western Midstream seeks a Title Analyst Advisor to join the Land Administration organization located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will focus on maintaining land records, overseeing monthly expiration and obligation calendars, and updating land owner records.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of lease and contract review, entry, and maintenance.
  • Understands surface rights, lease maintenance requirements, and other key components of Land and associated legal documents as well as the various systems and tools used for research and analysis.
  • Possesses technical knowledge, strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues with independent action and decision-making.
  • Able to critically analyze information, prepare appropriate reports and recommend courses of action.
  • Possesses ability to multi-task various tasks and projects.
  • Able to work independently of others with limited supervision or within a group on complex assignments.
  • Proficient with Quorum Land System and Microsoft Office: (Word Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret lease and contract provisions and accurately input this information into the Quorum Land System.
  • Review and make recommendations for monthly rental payments in coordination with Land team.
  • Evaluate ownership and maintain accurate landowner records.
  • Participate in developing processes to mitigate risks associated with lease acquisition, maintenance, and retention.
  • Prepare exhibits for various assignments, amendments, and other contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Land team to provide research, reports, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with special projects such as acquisitions & divestitures.
  • Prepare and deliver due diligence reports and recommendations as requested by management.

 

 

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

 


Relocation:
This position may be eligible for relocation.

 

 

Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%.

 

 

Work Schedule:
This position is eligible for 9/80 work schedule with 9 hours Monday – Thursday and 4 hours on Friday.
